More About Our Drivers

Covenant Waste Systems employs only safe, experienced CDL drivers for all of our Routes. Most of our drivers have been driving for more than 30 years. Regularly, our insurance carrier audits driving records to assure we maintain the highest standards we target. Only the safest of drivers with spotless driving records are allowed to drive our trucks on your streets. And with street ordnances changing, allowing narrow roads and shorter-turning cal de sacs, wouldn’t you require the most skilled drivers traveling through your neighborhood streets, parks, and playgrounds?

The helpers riding on the trash and recycling trucks are experienced garbage workers. They are instructed to return receptacles to the same spot the homeowner originally placed the containers, and leave the area clean and free from debris.

All employees are uniformed, again striving for the highest level of professionalism in the industry. Every employee wears their uniform with their name to allow anyone to identify them. If you are happy with your hauling team, please drop us a note.

Most of our employees are Christian, and understand the importance of being amicable and helpful on the routes. Profanity or an unpleasant disposition is not acceptable. We have always, and will continue to stress being pleasant and helpful to everyone we meet. The Lord tells us, “…that if we acknowledge Him, He will acknowledge and help us…” The Lord has kept our valued employees and equipment safe for over 15 years. Our metrics for employee safety lead the industry!

Dick lives and works in Union County, actively supports our local churces, law enforcement agencies, schools and communities. If you would like to meet or talk with Dick, please stop by. He is in the shop every day before dawn, review routes and coordinating daily activities.

More About Our Vehicles

Covenant Waste System’s fleet of vehicles are well maintained by our in-house, experienced technicians and mechanics. Maintaining your roadways to keep them free of any hydraulic fluid and lubricans is a high priority for our staff. Stop in and visit our faciliites and check out the vast array of tools and equipment used to keep our fleet in top working order.

CWS maintains a fleet of 11 garbage hauling trucks and 9 recycling trucks. This large quantity of vehicles is important because of the unknowns. In rare occurrences of an atypical weather system there is significantly more waste and debris and we’re ready! Our large fleet of vehicles can quickly clean-up messes created by closed landfills, floods, or ice storms.
