There are a number of areas that require your assistance:
1) Place your container curbside the night before or before 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pick up day. Schedules do not allow us to return for containers that are placed at curbside after 7:00 a.m. on pick up day.
2) Generally, household waste, recyclables and yard waste are handled as separate pick ups. Do not mix yard waste with your household waste. When combined, it will not be picked up. Depending on your area, there may be a charge for pick up of yard waste and grass clippings. Policies and procedures change seasonally with demand, so do not hesitate to call us with questions.
3) Please bag all items that are placed in or around the container.
4) Pick up of some large items may require a special trip, so please call our office to schedule. There may be a charge involved with a special bulk pick up.
5) We operate on all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas and you will be notified in advance of the schedule change. We will also post this information on our website. There will be regular pick up on all other holidays.
6) Please be sure to place your account number on all payments and correspondence you send to us. It is imperative that you pay according to terms of invoice. Service will be suspended or terminated for non payment. Should you cancel service, we do not refund payment due to administrative expense.
